Kasey Kahne, Clint Bowyer, and Brad Keselowski all sit at +1000 on the odds to win the Toyota Owners 400 this weekend, with Kahne in second place in the current Cup standings and Keselowski sitting in third place. Carl Edwards, Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. All hold down +1200 odds.
2017 Toyota Owners 400
Kyle Busch has a great chance to win once again this week and one needs look no further than the odds to explain why. The 33-year-old driver is a 2/1 favorite to win the Toyota Owners 400, which. Kurt Busch has not won a race since last August but he’s finished 9th place or better in five out of his last six starts so he’s in good form heading to the Toyota Owners 400. The elder Busch won the Toyota Owners 400 in 2015 and finished 11th here last year. Kevin Harvick is the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup series champion and a two-time Xfinity Champion Series champion as well. He won the Toyota Owners 400.

Drivers have a short week after racing in Bristol on Monday due to a rain delay and now heading to Virginia for the 2017 Toyota Owners 400. The track is 300 miles long and has finished in over three hours in each of the last four races. There are 12 drivers who have won this race at least twice.
We have picked the winner in each of the last five NASCAR events, so let’s stay hot and keep pading that bankroll.
Here are five drivers to consider putting on this week's card. (Odds weren’t available when this article was posted.)
Kyle Busch - Kyle Busch flopped last week with a 35th place finish in the Food City 500, and he has just three top-10 finishes this season overall. However, few drivers have owned the Richmond International Raceway like Busch, as he’s won this event four times with all four of his victories coming in four straight years. Richard Petty is the only driver to win the Toyota Owners 400 more times than Busch. Sometimes you have to put form on the backburner and trust history, which is why I’m giving Busch another shot this week.
Jimmie Johnson - I made a note last week that when Jimmie Johnson wins a race, he usually wins multiple for long stretches. Well, Johnson has won back-to-back races, which includes last week when he was given odds of +1000. No way I’m leaving Johnson off the card now, especially with him posting top-10 finishes in 50 percent of his last 10 tries at the Richmond International Raceway and that doesn’t include a win in the 2007 The Jim Stewart 400 and a few wins in the second race in Virginia. Johnson is in great form and usually strings wins together once he tastes victory lane. I’ll continue to ride the hot hand.
Joey Logano - Joey Logano finished fifth last week and has now posted top-five finishes in each of his last four races. To make things better heading into this week, Logano has posted top-10 finishes in each of his last six appearances at the Richmond International Raceway, and that includes a victory in the 2014 Toyota Owners 400. Phoenix is the only race this season where Logano hasn’t posted a top-10 finish and he's due for his first victory of the season. Given his form and his history on this track, Logano is a solid bet to get his first win of the year.
Kevin Harvick - Kevin Harvick is also a driver looking for his first win of the season, and he's posted top-five finishes in each of his last two races. In Richmond, Harvick has finished fifth or better in four of his last five appearances at the Richmond International Raceway and picked up a victory in the 2013 Toyota Owners 400. Harvick hasn't gone thing long without a victory since the 2012 NASCAR season, so he’s due. You have to like his chances here, especially given his form with his last two races.
Toyota Owners 400 Predictions Nfl Week 11
Matt Kenseth - Matt Kenseth finished fourth last week and has now racked up top-10 finishes in two of his last three races. Kenseth hasn’t had much success this season overall, but there’s no denying his recent form. There’s also no denying Kenseth’s success in Richmond, as he’s finished seventh or better in seven of his last nine appearances at the Richmond International Raceway and that includes a win in the 2015 Federated Auto Parts 400. It’s been awhile since Kenseth has won a race and he’s had a shaky start to the 2017 season, but we’re going to get big odds here and this feels like our Ryan Newman play a few weeks ago in the Camping World 500.

We make our second trip to Virginia, but this time the race will be held at the Richmond Raceway for the Toyota Owners 400. I love night races, so I’m rather excited for this weeks event with it being this years first race under the lights. We landed another winner last week and it’s the second time in the last three weeks where three of our five drivers finished first, second and third. I tried to tell you we have these drivers pegged well. That’s enough bragging. Back to work.
Here are five drivers to consider throwing on this week’s card.
2016 Toyota Owners 400
Toyota Owners 400 Predictions 2017
Kyle Busch, +225 - For those who have followed along all year know you can’t start a NASCAR betting card without including Kyle Busch, a guy who has cashed for us three times in the last five races. It just so happens Busch has won this race five times, including last year. Only Richard Petty has more wins than Busch at this event with six victories. In fact, Busch won both races last year at the Richmond Raceway and has finished third or better in five of his last nine appearances at this track overall. Busch also has six victories at this track in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. It speaks for itself, folks.
Joey Logano, +750 - Joey Logano nearly cashed for us last week at +800 odds, and he now returns to an event he’s won twice in the last five years. Logano has finished no worse than eighth in his last six appearances at this race and has finished eighth or better in nine of his last 12 appearances overall at the Richmond Raceway. In his last six trips at the Toyota Owners 400, Logano is averaging a finish of 3.6. Look for Logano to be in the thick of things back-to-back weeks.
Kurt Busch, +2500 - Kurt Busch finished runner-up last week, coming so close to cashing our +1600 ticket and getting his first victory since last summer. Busch mentioned after the race that he likes where his car is heading and his team is just a tweak or two from finally ending the drought and tasting victory lane. Busch won this race in 2015 and has finished in the top-10 in eight of his last 12 appearances overall at the Richmond Raceway. Busch also has a victory at this track in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. Busch is driving a hot car right now, so I’m going to double dip with him this week.
Kevin Harvick, +750 - Kevin Harvick has won this race only once back in 2013, but he’s finished no worse than fifth in each of his last four trips, which makes for an average finish of 4.25. Harvick has finished fifth or better in seven of his last nine appearances overall at the Richmond Raceway. Harvick has also won seven races at this track in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Harvick is still the hottest racer at the moment who has yet to win a race this season. Given his consistency on this track, there’s a good chance to comes to an end.
Toyota Owners 400 Predictions 2019
Brad Keselowski,+750 - Brad Keselowski is due for a breakthrough performance after finishing outside of the top-10 back-to-back weeks. Keselowski has never won this race, but he’s averaging a seventh place finish in his last three appearances. Keselowski has also finished ninth or better in seven of his last 10 appearances at the Richmond Raceway overall and is a four-time winner at this track in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Expect Keselowski to break out of this recent funk and make a serious push for his third victory of the season.
